Match Winner
The simplest market — pick which team will win the match. There are no draws in T20 or ODI, so you choose between two outcomes. Example: if Team A faces Team B and you pick Team B, the bet wins only if Team B wins.
Toss Betting
You can bet on the toss result before the match starts. With two equally likely outcomes, the odds are roughly even. The team that wins the toss then decides whether to bat or field — that decision can influence how the subsequent markets move.
Top Batsman
Bet on who will score the most runs in an innings or across the whole match. Batsmen in the top order of a team with a strong batting lineup generally have lower odds.
Total Runs — Over/Under
Decide whether the total runs in an innings or the entire match will be above (over) or below (under) a set number. Pitch conditions and weather have a significant impact on this market.
Multi Bet
Combine multiple bets together — every selection must win, otherwise the entire bet is lost. If three selections have decimal odds of 1.40, 1.70 and 1.80, the combined odds are 1.40 × 1.70 × 1.80 = 4.28 (approximately), meaning a ৳100 bet could return ৳428 — if all three win. If even one loses, the full ৳100 is gone.
Handicap Betting
One team is given a virtual advantage or disadvantage in runs or wickets to level the contest. If the weaker team receives a run handicap, they can still win the bet even if they lose by that margin.
Betting Exchange

Decimal, fractional and American — three types of odds
Odds are written in three different formats. All three convey the same information, just expressed differently. The two examples below make this clear.

In Example 1, Team A's odds of 3.00 mean a ৳500 bet returns a total of ৳1,500 if it wins (৳1,000 profit), and ৳500 is lost if it loses. In American format, the + sign shows how much profit a ৳100 bet makes.
In Example 2, Team B is the favourite at odds of 1.50. A ৳500 bet returns ৳750 (৳250 profit). In American format, −200 means you need to bet ৳200 to make ৳100 profit.
Keep in mind
Decimal odds are the most commonly used in Bangladesh. Fractional format follows the British tradition and is seen in older-style markets. American format was designed for the US market, but bd9 displays all three formats. All three express the same probability — only the way they are written differs.

In-play betting — odds change during the match LIVE
You can place bets even after the match has started — that is live or in-play betting. The situation changes after every ball: when a wicket falls the batting team's odds rise, and when a big six is hit they drop. Even in the final over when the equation shifts, new markets remain open.
